Responsibilities for General Manager

• ·        Responsible for operations, sales, HR & commercial activities of the business unit.
• ·        P&L Responsibility
• ·        Prepare a strategic plan for the business unit.
• ·        Overseeing Accounts Payable/Receivable, commercial 
• ·        Monitor daily financial transactions at the unit level Check sales invoices and determine cash and stock variances.
• ·        Preparation of periodic budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs at the unit level  
• ·        Ensuring the unit is compliant with accounting standards.  
• ·        Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their adherence by concerned teams
