Job Profile:

The position will be responsible for

·        Develop effective marketing strategies, and guide new product launches and maintain market share and significantly increase annual sales

·        Develop & execute Strategic and tactical campaigns for achieving share &financial objectives Monitor sales and marketing activities, controlling related activities like sales analysis, sales monitoring and marketing product training Monitor and appropriately counter competition activities to protect and expand the company's market share and long-term interests.

·        KOL Engagement KPIs

·        Develop and maintain professional relationship with KOLs

·        Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

·        Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

·        Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives

Desired Candidates:

Any Graduate + MBA in Marketing with 6+ years of experience in Brand Management / Digital Branding & Advertising.

Must have ability to develop Brand and marketing Strategies.
