MBA in Marketing / Management


Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.

Assists in developing tenders and bids for future work for the Corporation and to ensure all tender and contract development activities are in accordance with company procedures, technical work instructions, and legal requirements.

· Search tenders related to manpower, housekeeping, cleaning, security guard on following portals i.e. Maha Tenders procurement (Central) , e-Tendering (Central) , GeM ,MSECL , Mahagenco , Next Procurement , NMMC e Tenders , MMRDA , MMRCL , BEL , Ministry Of Education ,State Bank of India , Bank of Baroda, Western Railway , MCGM.

· Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, informations to top management to get approval for bidding.

· Attending pre-bid meeting whenever required.

· Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.

· Solving queries with clients through mail, calling or social media.

Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organizations

requirements.

· Contribution in cost and price calculations.

· Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by

the customers.

· Ensuring all tender offers are submitted on time and making sure no offer is rejected due to formal reasons

· Regularly monitors ongoing tenders, check for changes and amendments. Maintaining internal communication with regard to tender related activities.

· Report to senior officials regarding Updates/Status of the work on daily chart in the evening.

· In addition to above job responsibilities additional assignments can be assigned time to time.
