Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise field operations related to MSEDCL projects in Pune.
- Ensure smooth execution of tasks as per MSEDCL guidelines.
- Monitor and coordinate with field staff for timely completion of work.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to project activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the team and higher management.
- Address issues and provide solutions to challenges in the field.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electricity distribution and power sector operations.
- Ability to handle field teams and ensure discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Udaan started as an informal project in 2004 with 26 children and was registered in 2009 as a not for profit organization. In 2018-19, Udaan has impacted 1418 children and youth through its programmes. Most Udaan children are from families where there has been little or no formal education, where education is not a priority and it is commonplace for children to drop out of school in order to contribute to the family income. Believing in the power of education to change lives, a childs journey at Udaan starts at the Kindergarten level, continues through school years and supports them until they become employable.
