  1. Presentation & Reporting Skills
  • Skilled in preparing presentations, summary reports, and decision briefs for top management.
  1. Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Effective in handling client communications through email, calls, and social media for clarifications and queries.
  1. Pre-Bid Meeting Participation
  • Experience in attending and contributing to pre-bid meetings.
  1. Bid Preparation & Compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of bid conditions, tender preparation process, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  1. Project Coordination & Deadline Management
  • Strong coordination skills to manage reviews, submissions, and deadlines in line with customer frameworks.
  1. Costing & Estimation
  • Ability to contribute to cost estimation and price calculations in tender proposals.
  1. Attention to Detail & Accuracy
  • Ensuring error-free and timely submission of tender offers to avoid rejections due to formal reasons.
  1. Monitoring & Change Management
  • Proficient in monitoring tender progress, tracking amendments, and maintaining internal updates.
  1. Daily Reporting & Documentation
  • Skilled in preparing daily status reports and maintaining organized records for internal communication.

  • Capable of handling additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
