Required Coordinator for our old-age home Udaan Foundation

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the premises clean and well-maintained.

Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

Ensure security by locking/unlocking doors and monitoring the area.

Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces.

Coordinate with vendors for major repairs.

Respond to emergencies like power failures or leaks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or caretaking.

Basic repair skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

Physically fit for lifting and moving items.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Willing to work flexible hours if needed.

Field work

Experience : 1 to 2 years
