Responsible for all field related work and co-ordination.
Assisted in End-to-End Recruitment process. (Co - Ordination with Hiring managers, Preparation & advertising of JD’s, Primary telephonic discussions, Coordination for interview, selection & salary negotiation process).
§ Responsible for Onboarding process. (Pre-joining formalities, Documentation, Induction, HRMS enrollment, statutory enrollments, Issue of mandatories).
§ Responsible to arrange all mandatory training programs & maintain records for all levels of employees.
§ Assisted in assessment & Implementation of KPI & KRA.
§ Collection of mandatory data in the process of performance appraisal.
§ Maintaining HR database & documentation.(Updating Master data, Recordkeeping Personnel files, HR documents, Legal registers & other docs.)
Making salary (Salary sheet & Pay Slips), deductions of the employees on Software and Excel sheet.
Verify the before final salary processing employees working days, ESIC, PF contribution and other details.
Process and issue salary through manual payroll check and banking.
Respond to payroll processing queries.
Maintain the employee’s database soft and hard copy and joining formalities
Generating reports e.g., Salary Register, Staff Loan, Salary Advance.
Payroll and salary slip distribution.
UAN generation and ESIC number generation.
Preparing of PF, PT and ESIC challan on government portal.
KYC Working for PF Digitalization. PF Settlement of resigned employees.
Daily HR operation updating database of new joining & Resigned employee, maintained attendance , salary
register.
Preparing various challans( PT, ESIC,EPF & LWF) & Handling online payment & return various challan is
timely.
Statutory And Legal Compliances Timely Submission Of Various Challans (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF)
Handling Multiple Queries & Rectification On Client Errors
Resolving Universal Account Number (UAN) Any Queries & Preparing Employees TIC Cards For
Medical Benefits.
Reverting Via E-mail To Clients.
Maintaining Report With The Govt. Officials For Various Company Issues.
§ Time Office management & Payroll assistance. (Daily attendance & leave tracking, Preparation of various daily & monthly reports, addressing queries about pay related issues).
§ Contract Labor Management. (Agreements & Renewals, Daily attendance & leave tracking, Grievance handling, Monitor & verification compliances from contractors).
§ Statutory Compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity).
§ Providing required data to consultants for MPCB & Factory compliances).
§ Arrangement for Monthly R&R event, Employee engagement activities.
§ Travelling arrangements, Facility management for organizational facilities to employees. (Employee transport, Canteen, Mediclaim, Credit Card & others if any).
§ Responsible for office management i.e., stationary, housekeeping & other requirements, Guest relations, Front desk execution work, Arrangement for conferences.
§ Vendor management (Canteen, Transport, Manpower contractors, Consultants & Other suppliers.
§ Will be responsible for all the department of the firm.
§ To keep record of all the work of the entire department in a systematic manner and must be able to provide the same as when requested.
§ Daily reporting of work done or pending work by all the department in the firm.
