The Marketing Manager in a Salesforce Partner organization is responsible for building the brand, generating qualified leads, and enabling business growth through strategic marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of B2B digital marketing expertise, industry positioning, and close collaboration with sales and Salesforce alliance teams. The Marketing Manager ensures that all go-to-market (GTM) efforts are aligned to the partner's value proposition and Salesforce’s industry plays.

Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the demand generation and brand marketing functions for our Salesforce Partner practice. The role involves campaign planning, digital execution, event management, content marketing, and close coordination with sales to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.

3) Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for lead generation and brand awareness

· Plan and manage digital campaigns (social media, email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, web, PPC) targeting decision-makers

· Create industry-specific content (blogs, case studies, solution briefs, videos, etc.) aligned with Salesforce Cloud offerings

· Manage the co-branded campaigns in close collaboration with other stakeholder organizations focusing on yield

· Organize events, webinars, roundtables, and co-marketing programs with Salesforce field teams

· Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline and revenue goals

· Track campaign performance and marketing ROI

· Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints (website, social media, email, decks)

· Own and manage marketing automation, database hygiene, and nurture flows

· Stay updated on Salesforce marketing guidelines, product launches, and market trends

5) Desired Skill Set

· Strong experience in B2B digital marketing in Salesforce/IT/CRM/SaaS domain

· Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, Cloud products, and industry GTM messaging

· Proficient in marketing tools: HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, etc.

· Exceptional written and visual communication skills with an eye for storytelling and content marketing

· Ability to build marketing strategies from scratch and execute hands-on

· Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and partner marketing programs is highly preferred

· Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (agency, sales, pre-sales, Salesforce AEs, content vendors, designers)

· Creative thinking, analytical mindset, and data-driven decision-making

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA preferred
