Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 3 to 6 years of work experience. The HR Specialist will focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and maintain compliance with labor laws, supporting our growing organization in aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong ability to perform compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and fair pay practices.
• Experience in benefits administration, managing employee benefits packages, & addressing related inquiries.
