Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 3 to 6 years of work experience. The HR Specialist will focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and maintain compliance with labor laws, supporting our growing organization in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace climate that fosters growth and development. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies, effectively attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company's needs. (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth understanding and ensure adherence to labor law compliance to mitigate legal risks. (Mandatory skill)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS software, enhancing HR operations and data management efficiency.
- Capability in performance management, facilitating employee evaluations and feedback processes effectively.
- Effective conflict resolution skills, resolving employee disputes and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong ability to perform compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and fair pay practices.
- Experience in benefits administration, managing employee benefits packages, & addressing related inquiries.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and mission.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and workforce planning.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and ensure company adherence to HR principles and best practices.

- Address employee queries and conflicts efficiently, using effective negotiation and problem-solving techniques.
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive company culture, strengthening team spirit and employee engagement.
- Conduct performance appraisal processes, identifying areas of improvement and facilitating appropriate training.
- Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with employees’ needs and market standards.
