Sr. SEO Specialist: (4 to 6 years)

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our client's website's organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.

SEO Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic
• Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and emerging technologies
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy

Keyword Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization
• Analyse and optimize content for maximum search engine visibility
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website performance
• Expertise in handling advanced SEO techniques such as schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing
• Execute off-page optimization strategies, including link-building initiatives

Technical SEO:

• Deep understanding of technical SEO principles. Expertise in handling advanced SEO techniques such as schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing
• Ability to conduct comprehensive technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, identifying issues related to crawl errors, indexing problems, and rendering issues, and recommending solutions
• Proficiency in analysing website structures, implementing SEO-friendly site architectures, and optimising internal linking strategies
• Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements
• Content Strategy and Optimization:
• Ability to collaborate closely with content writer/vendors to develop SEO-friendly content strategies, including optimizing content silos, keyword mapping, and content gap analysis
• Experience in conducting content audits to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and content removal, focusing on driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
