Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and initial interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide preliminary product information.
• Work closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
