Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platforms.
  • Align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms.
  • Monitor spending to ensure optimal ROI and adherence to budget constraints.
  1. Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and reduce acquisition costs.
  1. Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
  • Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns tailored to various customer personas.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage past website visitors and leads.
  1. A/B Testing:
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
  • Partner with analytics teams to set up tracking and reporting systems.
  1. Platform Expertise:
  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices across advertising platforms.
  • Explore new channels and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
  1. Compliance & Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in B2C or B2B environments.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present results.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Advanced analytics or programmatic advertising certifications
