Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic platforms.
- Align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms.
- Monitor spending to ensure optimal ROI and adherence to budget constraints.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and reduce acquisition costs.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Conduct audience research and build targeted campaigns tailored to various customer personas.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage past website visitors and leads.
- A/B Testing:
- Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
- Partner with analytics teams to set up tracking and reporting systems.
- Platform Expertise:
- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices across advertising platforms.
- Explore new channels and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in B2C or B2B environments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present results.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Google Ads Certification
- Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Advanced analytics or programmatic advertising certifications
