About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – Cyber Security to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and expand our cybersecurity client base. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions, deep industry insights, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth: Drive revenue by selling cybersecurity solutions, including Managed Security Services, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT Heads.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored cybersecurity solutions addressing client pain points.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in selling cybersecurity solutions (mandatory).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent and persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Networking Ability: Established industry connections with IT decision-makers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies is a plus.
