We're looking for a smart, tech-savvy Business Development Associate who is passionate about making an impact from day one. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our reach, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
🚀 Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Associate / Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our cutting-edge SaaS-based EdTech platform to potential clients, effectively communicating its technical benefits, and driving business conversions.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen, familiarity with SaaS products, and strong communication and marketing skills. You should be comfortable engaging with educators, institutions, and decision-makers, articulating the platform’s value proposition, and contributing to our overall business growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations of the platform to schools, institutions, and potential B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively explain the platform’s features, value proposition, and technical capabilities.
- Identify and engage prospective leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold outreach.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to drive conversions.
- Support client onboarding, provide assistance during trial periods, and collect feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and communication strategies.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and insights based on client feedback.
Who We're Looking For:
- Completed MBA or recent graduates with a background in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering.
- Strong interest or experience in SaaS products, EdTech, or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
