Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Nugambakkam, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Shift timings: 9.45 AM – 6.45 PM.

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: 15K Net – 18K Net (Based on their Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services

 Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues

 Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database (CRM)

 Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships

 Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

 Provide accurate information and handle complaints or concerns professionally

Requirements:

 English (Basic)

 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus

 Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is

preferred

 Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil

 Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

 Ability to remain calm and handle rejections positively

 Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
