- Overall responsibility for maintaining day to day accounting function

- Drive F&A Initiatives for organisational growth

-Streamline internal process & systems aligning with organisation goal. Drive standardisation

and automation initiatives creating process driven internal controls.

- Handle consolidation of reports and provide meaningful analysis & MIS for decision support

-Supervise team – Work allocation and monitor / guide on day-to-day activities

- Conversant with credit control & collection and effective utilisation of working capital.

-Prepare Budgets and annual operating plan and related reports

- Planning and ensuring compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax Regulations applicable to the

company. Prioritising and addressing pending Direct & Indirect Tax issues to logical resolution.



Key Responsibilities

- Ensure Accounting and book-keeping compliance

- Tax (Direct & Indirect) compliance.

- Keeping the organisation (other teams) aware of the implications of various tax & statutory

compliance with respect to accounting & compliance.

-Understand business nuances and prepare business plan and financial forecast plan.

- Working with external resources (auditors, consultants, department authorities) for issue

resolutions.

- Support / Liaise/ meticulously handle internal, statutory, Tax Audit, assessments & appeals.

Qualification & Requisite Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant / (CA - Inter)/MBA-Finance/ICWA/ICWA (Inter).

- Post qualification experience of 10+ years.

- Should have a prior experience in handling entire Accounts team.

- Should be up-to-date on tax laws and rules and have reasonable level understanding thereof.

Real estate domain knowledge would be added advantage


- Good knowledge and understanding of Chart of Accounts / Accounting concepts / standards

applicable to the industry.

- MS Office proficiency and should have operated in ERP (Tally & other customised ERP) based

integrated applications.
