Job Title: Branch Manager (Sales / Marketing)

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager (Sales/Marketing) is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and marketing functions of the branch. This role involves leading a team, developing strategic plans to meet sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the overall profitability and growth of the branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities, local market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Marketing
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for brand alignment and national campaigns.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and customer service staff.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the branch.
- Operational Management
- Oversee daily branch operations including administration, customer service, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and track performance metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA (Must).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or branch management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
