Job Title: Branch Manager (Sales / Marketing)

Location: Neelankarai, Chennai

Reports To: Regional Manager / Zonal Head

Department: Sales & Marketing


Job Summary:

The Branch Manager (Sales/Marketing) is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and marketing functions of the branch. This role involves leading a team, developing strategic plans to meet sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the overall profitability and growth of the branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, team leadership, and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities, local market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Marketing
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team for brand alignment and national campaigns.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and customer service staff.
  • Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the branch.
  • Operational Management
  • Oversee daily branch operations including administration, customer service, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and track performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Must).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or branch management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
