Job Overview


We are currently hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Truenester. As a Field Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and build client relationships for residential and commercial properties within your assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads for residential and commercial properties within the assigned territory
