• MERN Stack Developer / Software Product Developer (Remote)
• 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, particularly with the MERN stack

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Build interactive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js
• Implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database interactions
• Design, maintain, and optimize MongoDB databases
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
• Optimize code for performance and scalability
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate across agile teams
• Mentor junior developers as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with:
• React.js (including Hooks, Redux/Context API, React Router)
• Node.js and Express.js
• MongoDB (including optimization and schema design)
• RESTful APIs

Nice-to-have Skills (Based on broader listings)

• TypeScript proficiency
• GraphQL API experience
• Authentication/Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO)
• Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Caching or messaging systems (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
