Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow the revenue base in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, forming and nurturing strategic partnerships with potential clients and industry leaders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges in our sector.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate and convert leads, and collaborate on creating bespoke travel packages and solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and business plans to stakeholders and negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that expectations are met and through timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and report on business development performance and progress.
  • Contribute to team projects and support cross-departmental initiatives to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
