Job Description: Sales Executive / Sales Officer
Location: Bangalore
• Generating leads through cold calling converting leads into customer for the company across Bangalore
• Travels to customer sites for face-to-face meetings to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions.
• Builds successful partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of customers organizations to cultivate relationships.
• Generate revenue opportunities across all product and service lines.
• Presents solutions to customers to gain approval of proposals and move forward with the sales process.
• Visits customers to confirm their satisfaction with company products and services and to identify. Issues that need to be addressed.
• Meets with customers to discuss complaints, Invoices submission and payment collections.
• Co-ordination with Operations and CRM team for handling the respective customers.
Education & Experience:
• Experience in generating new and repeat sales by providing services and technical information.
• Experience in conduction customer and competitive analysis.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Strong command over English, Hindi, Kannada languages and having 2 Wheeler.
Education – Diploma or Graduation.
