Role & Responsibility:

Client Consultation:

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and activities.

Itinerary Planning:

• Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various travel products, including hotels, airlines, and tour packages.

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Booking and Reservation Management:

• Monitor and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Travel Documentation:

• Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, travel insurance, and health certificates.
• Ensure compliance with entry requirements for different destinations.

Problem Resolution:

• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the travel process.
• Collaborate with other team members and external partners to find solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in International Ticketing is a must.
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and software- Amadeus/Galileo.
• In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, travel trends, and industry regulations.
• Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
