Schedule: Monday to Friday/Saturdays (as per requirement), Official Public Holidays allowed, 7 Sick Leaves and 7 Casual Leaves allowed in a calendar year

Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize Inventory Control Procedures:
  • Devise strategies to enhance inventory control procedures for maximum efficiency.
  1. Inventory Inspection:
  • Regularly inspect levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify and address shortages.
  1. Stock Adequacy:
  • Ensure that product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct customer demand.
  1. Record Keeping:
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  1. Software Utilization:
  • Utilize inventory management software (e.g., ERP) to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics.
  1. Data Analysis:
  • Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and trends.
  1. Supplier Evaluation:
  • Evaluate suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and maintain trustworthy relationships.
  1. Reporting:
  • Provide regular reports to upper management on stock levels, issues, and recommendations.
  1. Logistical Support:
  • Provide logistical support for handling domestic and international shipments.

 

  1. Compliance and Coordination:
  • Ensure compliance filing and coordinate logistics with different branch offices, providing weekly/monthly inventory reports.
  1. Sales Team Support:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to address and manage inventory-related issues.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP).
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create comprehensive reports.
  • Analytical mindset with strong math skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness.
