Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative architectural solutions for our clients from USA. This is a mid-level position with 6 to 10 years of experience, and the job location is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, budget, and timeline.
• Using 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, or any other top software, create intricate architectural designs and 3D models.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and codes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and designers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architectural design
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 6 to 10 years of mid-level experience
• Proficient in using design software such as 3ds Max and Unreal Engine or any other software is must.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
• Familiarity with building regulations and codes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong in communication and presentation skills
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred
• Create a design for residential and commercial projects for the United States of America. Willing to work US timings.
• The notice period can be given maximum of 30–45 days time.
