About the Job
Skills
Procurement Cycle and Services
§ Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) raised from KSA, UAE and Oman plants and clarify any
incomplete details.
§ Issue RFQs through the vendor portal (Jaggaer) to suitable suppliers in coordination with local
procurement team.
§ Coordinate with respective end users to clear any pre-bid queries in a timely manner.
§ Support suppliers in accessing Jaggaer and submitting their quotes.
§ Acquire required vendor quotations as per agreed bid closing date.
§ Follow up with the end users to complete the technical evaluation in a timely manner.
§ Coordinate the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring timely and cost-optimized
fulfilment of requirements as per agreed SLAs.
Supplier Selection
§ Analyse quotations and conduct commercial evaluation based on price, quality, delivery, and
terms.
§ Negotiate with vendors to ensure best value for the Organization.
§ Provide inputs to the Procurement Manager and acquire supplier selection approval.
Purchase Order (PO) Management
§ Award the PO in Jaggaer and follow up on required PO approvals in SAP as per applicable
DoA, ensuring PO release in a timely manner.
§ Ensure timely PO acknowledgement in Jaggaer from the vendors.
§ Implement and coordinate relevant invoice processing activities in liaison with Finance,
including advance/DPR processing, to ensure vendors receive their timely payments as per the
PO terms.
§ Follow up closely with suppliers and/or logistics service providers and relevant stakeholders ensuring timely delivery to plants as per PO agreed delivery date.
Supplier Database
§ Assist in expanding the supplier database through market research and supplier credential
updates, ensuring the database is current and comprehensive.
§ Maintain market awareness of suppliers, authorized dealers, traders, etc. to establish a reliable
supplier network for tail spend.
Compliance & Governance
§ Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating
procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a
consistent manner fully aligning to the local country procurement regulations.
Health, Safety, Security & Environment
§ Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and
controls and implement the same to vendors through PO terms so that the safety of employees
and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

5. COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
Collaborate closely with regional Supply Chain teams (KSA, UAE, Oman), Corporate Supply
Chain, Plant Operations, Maintenance, IT, IMS, Internal Audit, and Finance teams, etc.
External:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and any other external
stakeholders.
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree preferably in Science/Engineering or Material/Supply Chain
Management.
§ CIPS or equivalent certification is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
§ 3-6 years of procurement experience involving both local and international sourcing
activities.
§ Experience working with Middle East markets (KSA, UAE, Oman) is preferred.
Skills:
§ Proficiency in English is mandatory.
§ Understanding of the ERP & Vendor Portal systems (preferably SAP & Jaggaer).
§ Knowledge of procurement terms and conditions.
§ Ability to understand the material with a sourcing perspective.
§ Planning and organizing skills.
§ Communication skills.
§ Ability to develop relationships with new vendors.
§ Attention to detail.
§ Process orientation.
§ Team Player with ability to work with multi-national teams.
§ Good negotiation skills.
§ Awareness of Quality, Occupational health and safety and environmental requirements.
§ Understanding of procurement related risks and its possible mitigations.
