The Executive Accounts role at Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a mid-level, full-time position based in Tiruchirappalli. Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis with a proven ability to interpret data and drive effective business decisions (Mandatory skill).
• Strong track record in account reconciliation, including investigating, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Experience in managing general ledger functions, with comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Expertise in preparing timely and accurate financial reports for management review and external compliance purposes.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP for day-to-day accounting functions, journal entries, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis, identify key cost drivers, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in accounting operations.
• Capacity to develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and maintain the integrity of financial data.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for financial improvement in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements, vendor balances, and intercompany accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger by reviewing journal entries, adjusting accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders within set timelines.
• Utilize SAP to record, track, and report all financial transactions with accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis on expenditures and revenues, providing explanations and recommended actions for management consideration.
• Identify, design, and implement process enhancements to streamline accounting procedures and improve reporting accuracy.
• Assist in developing and monitoring internal controls to strengthen financial governance and prevent errors or fraud.
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams and auditors during review and audit processes to ensure documentation and data integrity.
