JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Support Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts in sync with organization’s strategic focus
  2. Maintain dedicated focus on execution of business plan and ensure healthy follow-up with clients and operations team
  3. Develop, Update and Maintain Marketing collaterals including presentations, brochures and web site content on an ongoing basis and ensure upholding the corporate image of the company and the group
  4. Responsible for maintenance of information on clients and prospects in the company’s CRM environment including information on contracts / agreements and the status of their implementation


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Establishing contact with prospective clients & fixing of appointments with them for introduction; Follow up the meetings to convert them in to clients and specific business assignments
  • Establish, develop a local market intelligence mechanism and ensure identification of prospective clients thru’ continuous environment scanning and research.
  • Act as an interface between the client and the delivery center @ Chennai and ensure continuous follow up at both ends towards fulfillment of documentation, delivery and payment aspects
  • Be innovative & initiate cost effective client engagement activities in order to derive optimum mileage / visibility.
  • Ensure development and maintenance of presentation material and other marketing collaterals and support senior management in preparation of proposals and quotes
  • Update and maintain web page content; maintain, synchronize and promote company profile and image in social networking sites such as face book, twitter, linked in, etc.
  • Acquire Prospect / Customer Information and maintain database in the company’s CRM environment; Interface with stake holders and keep information on agreements, invoices, payment and outstanding updated on a timely basis
  • Identify and maintain healthy rapport with various industry / trade bodies towards data gathering, lead generation, and showcase various services offered through meaningful engagement activities. Always keep key management personnel informed about on-going / planned activities
