Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Treeline Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative architectural solutions for our clients from USA. This is a mid-level position with 5 to 8 years of experience, and the job location is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, budget, and timeline.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as 3ds Max and Unreal Engine.
• Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and codes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architectural design
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architect with 5 to 8 years of mid-level experience
• Proficient in using design software such as 3ds Max and Unreal Engine
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
• Familiarity with building regulations and codes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred
• Hands on experience in handling the architectural drawings related to US projects nature.
• Create a design for residential and commercial projects for the United States of America. Willing to work US timings at our Chennai Office.
• Notice period can be given maximum of 30 days time
• Preferable candidates who worked on US or UK projects
