Key responsibilities: 

1. Talking to prospects, understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to grow their business by adapting technology

2. Identifying worthy prospects and proactively reaching out to them

3. Setting up appointments/web demonstrations with the appropriate on-boarding/support team members to understand customer use cases and set up their accounts accordingly

4. Working on new customer acquisition with an exceptional first experience

5. Working on the handover of prospects pain points/business cases to the product team with rich context

Other requirements:

1. Previous experience as an outbound SDR, BDR in SaaS/travel space;

2. BTech/MBA degree holder

3. Understanding of tourism industry structure

4. Adaptive in new technologies and working knowledge of CMS & CRM systems

5. Ability and experience in handling high-volume prospects over email and calls

6. Experience in prospecting and outbound reach out

7. A high sense of work ethic, integrity, and adaptable mindset to deal with the dynamics of startup life

8. Ability to translate client pain points into a possible product solution

9. Willingness to learn new technology, ability to understand user personas & their pain points

10. Proactive, Excellent relationship, communication, and influence skills

11. Consultative and solutions-oriented mindset
