Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and grow our sales function in the lighting solutions domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in both B2B and B2C segments.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers, executives, and channel partners.

• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, retailers, and institutional clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships across commercial, residential, and industrial segments.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns and offerings with market needs.

• Set KPIs and review team performance regularly, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to present to senior management.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through service excellence and proactive engagement.


Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within the lighting

• Deep understanding of lighting products (LED, smart lighting,etc.) and market dynamics.

• Strong network and connections in the lighting industry will be a significant advantage.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel frequently across regions to support business development
