Job Description – Ticketing Executive (US Process)

Job Title: Ticketing Executive (US Process)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: South Delhi (Mohan estate metro station)

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Ticketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling ticketing operations for the US market. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process airline ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications as per customer requests.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and ticketing policies.
  • Work with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for ticket issuance and fare calculations.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, refunds, and disputes.
  • Assist customers with travel-related concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company and airline regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in ticketing for the US travel process.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a must.
  • Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and refund procedures.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work night shifts (US hours).
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a BPO or travel agency handling the US market.
  • IATA certification or any relevant travel and tourism qualification is a plus.
