Travelounce seeks a Junior-level Sr Travel Consultant for a full-time position based in South Delhi, with a work experience requirement of up to 6 years. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess expertise in airlines sales (Mandatory skill) and be capable of designing attractive packages to increase customer engagement.
  • Proficient in optimizing Google Campaigns (Mandatory skill) to boost travel package visibility and customer reach.
  • Sound knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to drive online traffic and enhance sales conversions.
  • Proven experience in travel sales, fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Understanding of US market trends is essential to tailor packages that appeal to different customer segments.
  • Ability to navigate US process requirements pertinent to international travel arrangements and client interactions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey solutions and respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
