Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our US Travel division. The role is based in South Delhi, Noida, or Faridabad and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will engage with customers to provide exceptional travel and customer services, responding to their queries effectively while promoting our travel packages.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their travel needs.
- Strong customer service experience to provide superior service and address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Proven travel sales experience to successfully promote and sell travel packages and associated services.
- Familiarity with airline operations and bookings to manage flight itineraries and resolve any travel-related issues. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in ppc (pay-per-click) advertising strategies to enhance our marketing efforts and attract potential clients.
- Experience with the US process and interacting with the US clients to cater specifically to this segment's needs. (Mandatory skill)
- Capable of handling US Travel inquiries, providing customized solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all travel bookings and documentation are accurate and complete.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service through direct communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Understand and cater to customers' travel needs with the best possible solutions and travel packages.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers to manage bookings and travel arrangements.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to improve product promotions and sales pitches.
- Assist in processing travel documentation, including visas and insurance, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Keep abreast with the latest travel trends and industry developments to enhance service delivery.
