Job Description:


We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions within the Middle East market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, set up sales appointments, and support the sales team in the region.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation: Use various channels to identify and generate high-quality leads in the Middle East SaaS market.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact, conduct needs assessments, and engage potential leads.
  • Qualification and Evaluation: Assess leads' readiness to purchase and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and demonstrations, considering availability and capacity.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement strategies to engage and nurture leads not yet ready to make a purchase.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, providing detailed lead information for successful interactions.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and measure lead generation effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and the Middle East market.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the Middle East market.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
