  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and expand Transmarine Cargo's client base.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the corporate sales team to achieve set targets and maximize overall profitability for the company.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by conducting thorough market analysis and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry partners to enhance business development efforts.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to ensure proposed strategies remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts, metrics, and reports for management review and decision-making purposes.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and innovations to drive the business forward in a highly competitive market.
