Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution for Civil and PEB works.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Supervise civil and PEB structure installation, including foundations, steel erection, cladding, and roofing.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on project status, costs, and issues.
• Review drawings and technical specifications.
• Handle client communication and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure all statutory approvals and documentation are in place.
