Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Inside Sales professional to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field, working full-time to assist in fostering business relationships and promoting TradeIndia.com’s offerings. This role emphasizes sales growth through direct client interaction and engagement.


  • Qualifications and SkillsProven experience with cold calling techniques aimed at generating sales leads and meeting targets.
  • Demonstrated ability in inside sales, focusing on managing client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills in client servicing with the ability to maintain strong relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Experience in lead generation to identify and capture potential clients effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in managing client renewal processes, ensuring retention and satisfaction for ongoing partnerships.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and closing sales.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals and drive business forward.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct research to identify potential leads and initiate contact through cold calls and emails.
  • Maintain and expand client database within the specified business sector.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings to provide detailed information about TradeIndia.com’s services.
  • Identify client needs, tailor solutions that meet these needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve objectives.
  • Track sales metrics and report key performance indicators to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market changes to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
  • Address client queries promptly and ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.
