Job Description for Manager - Sales & Bid :-

1. Complete sales cycle – To Send proposal, order acknowledgement, payment follow ups.
2. Manage the end-to-end bid process and working closely with sales teams to ensure that bid provided with winning offers and compelling proposals
3. Inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project management / delivery
4. Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price to the customer
5. Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.
6. Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids.
7. Co-ordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission.
8. Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.
9. Ensure all documents and process of bid are on proper places with the full qualification stages and sign on for all opportunities ensuring that bids have a clear strategy and ensure that input is positive and becomes part of the win strategy.

Required

1. 10+ years experience in similar/associated role.
2. Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
3. Experience of working with or in a similar environment using formal bid methodology practices
4. Shall have good communication skills both written and spoken English.
