Budget: between INR 3 - 4 LPA as per experience and skills.

Job Responsibilities :

Overall Validation of invoices generated by the finance team to identify errors

Headcount updation and validation on a tool. 

Maintaining invoice, PO, and contract copies - org wide

Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement

Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation of internal reports

Preferable skills:

1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (Invoicing/Billing/Accounts)

Graduation in B.Com preferred

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Should be good with numbers and excel.
