Responsibilities:
1. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and smooth running of the daily operations
2. select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
3. Address client issues with team and devise ways of improving the client experience, including resolving problems and complaints
4. Tracking daily issues & problems or activity and put required action at place to control operations
5. Developing policies that will correlate with strategies. Contribute, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards and protocols and ensure adherence to, and delivery of the highest level of patient care at all times.
6. Ensuring all the operational activities are NABH compliant.
7. Manage relationships and work with key operations stakeholder
8. Work closely with all department to run smooth operations
9. Analyze the Process and put corrective measure for driving desired result of attending to higher number of customers with high-level customer satisfaction
10. Manage business cost within the budget and focus on improving it further
11. Take ownership of activity/task/projects and ensuring the same is closed within the timeline
12. Flexibility in working and taking ownerships of all operations activities
13. Meeting the client to collect feedback with an open mind for process improvement
14. Ability to identify new business opportunity out of existing (treatments and restaurant)
15. Keep team motivated and under high spirit, appreciate good work
16. Keep team aligned with Business/Client requirement
17. To take a close look of the Administrative activity on a Day to day basis
18. Keep check on Advances, Credits and outstanding (OP & IP)
19. To present reports & MIS as required by the management showcasing the performance, productivity & utilization of the facility & the manpower. Collecting data related to different parameters and provide its analysis to Vice President.
20. Provided training to the juniors and oriented them with hospital rules and regulations
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
2. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
3. Experience budgeting and forecasting
4. Familiarity with business and financial principles
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Leadership ability
7. Outstanding organizational skills
8. Competent in the use of IT systems (Microsoft Office)
10. Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
