ATM Installation Turnkey Supervisor

Job Summary: The ATM Installation Turnkey Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of ATMs, from start to finish. This includes ensuring that all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel are available, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This requirement needs  someone who can speak multiple languages. English, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the installation of ATMs, including all aspects of the installation process, from site preparation to commissioning and testing.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on time.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel are available when needed.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Manage and supervise installation teams, ensuring that all personnel are trained, skilled, and equipped to carry out their work safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on site.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status and progress.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and that all equipment and installations meet or exceed customer expectations.


  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing and overseeing turnkey projects, preferably in the ATM or banking industry.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Knowledge of ATM installation and commissioning processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, as required.
