Position : Business Development Associate (Later BDA)

Experience Required :- 0 - 2 Years 

Job Location: Location:- Margao, Jhansi, Moradabad, Nanded, Gulbarga, Belgaum, Davengere.

Education : Any graduate degree/Post Graduate degree 

CTC : - After the training –6 LPA (Fixed)+3 LPA (Variable)

Training Bifurcation:- 15 Days (CRT Training) in CRT location and rest 30 Days (OJT Training)At the time of training period they will provide 33750/- as an stipend. Location:- Margao, Jhansi, Moradabad, Nanded, Gulbarga, Belgaum, Davengere.

Responsibilities : 

1. Complete Field sales Profile.

2.Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Edu-tech way of Learning in your city. 

3. As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the Edu-tech application using a consultative selling approach. 

4.The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
