Job Responsibilities
Business Development
§ Conduct market mapping of the assigned location to identify potential business avenues , distributors
§ Conduct VO launch activities, career seminars on regular basis at assigned location to increase distribution base & sourcing new business.
§ Drive the business targets for the location as per functional priority (Motor / Non-Motor mix ) ensuring healthy LOB mix maintained all the time.
§ Own P&L for the assigned location & ensure COR is maintained as defined by function head time to time.
§ Ensure new agent acquisition MoM & maintain IMD activation is above minimum productivity norms at all the times.
§ Ensure channel partners ( Banca , Motor Dealers , Brokers ) are visited on periodical basis to drive business parameters & address timely resolution to partners business concern.
Intermediary & Relationship Management
§ Ensure IMD / Partners are engaged all the time by functional driven R&R and campaign communication.
§ Ensure IMD’s / channel partners are trained on various products based on the business priority by collaborating with the training team.
§ Ensure IMD’s / channel partners commission queries, operational issues are addressed in timely manner to maintain
§ Provide input to cluster head / zone head in design of new products/ revisions required in existing products basis feedback from intermediaries / Channel Partners (based on their market understanding)
§ Ensure IMD’s are trained well on EezeTab application, LMS to ensure policies are issued through digital mode & using digital platform for product knowledge.
Customer Service
§ Ensure customers receive timely & right communication ( policy , product information ) & handle customer grievances , if any
§ Assist customers in claim settlement as per policy commitments; represent customer claim to the underwriting team on case to case basis.
Compliance Adherence
§ Ensure to abide by company policies / guidelines / code of conduct at all times.
- § Provide impartial details to concerned teams (underwriting , ILM , internal audit ) pre / post policy issuance to protect companies from undesired risk exposure.
