Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and helping to close sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners through networking and regular communication
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, both in person and virtually
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, and provide regular reporting on sales performance to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving sales strategies and tactics
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Qualifications and Skill Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
