The Sales Data Researcher will be responsible for sales research, administration of

the sales database and maintaining the quality of the sales databases.

 Identifying or deducing the lead contact details like email ids and phone numbers.

 Identifying and qualifying new sources of sales data

 Apart from this, they need to be aware of the prevalent market trends and ensure

that the business requirements are met efficiently.

 Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively

communicate with internal and external customers

 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a

positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

 Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

 Tracks and analyse usage trends and propose recommendations based on findings.

 Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.

 The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable

reports.
