Job Title: Reservation Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Consultant to join our team at The Machan Resorts LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and achieving sales targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound inquiries from potential guests and convert them into bookings.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
• Provide information about resort services, packages, and amenities.
• Follow up with prospective guests to ensure seamless booking experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize booking processes and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in reservations or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email software.
• Prior experience in call handling and sales will be an advantage.
• Ability to work 6 days a week with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Communication Skills:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
• Professional and courteous interaction with guests and team members.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Shift Timings:

• 9-hour shift (No night shifts)
• 6 week-offs per month as per the roster.
