We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused F&B Service Associate to join our team at The Machan Resort, Lonavala. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality in line with the resort's reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.

Provide detailed information about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.

Process billing and payments accurately.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in setting up for events, banquets, and special occasions as required.

Requirements:

Fresher to 1 year of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
