Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage brand requirements, from planning, execution to team follow-ups.
• Develop engaging content that blends facts and appeal for the target audience.
• Participate in team brainstorming for creative ideas, advancing campaigns, and contributing to decisions on creative strategies.
• Proactively suggest timely content and marketing campaigns based on trending conversations for the target audience.
• Conduct comprehensive research on the client’s brand and competitors, including past campaigns, while staying current on emerging industry trends.
• Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance current services.
• Analyze the characteristics, behavior, and media habits of specific media users to identify target audiences and propose creative solutions.
• Play a creative role in end-to-end coordination and execution with juniors or freelancers for assigned brands.
• Ensure timely and effective internal communication to meet client timelines.
• Supervise and conduct quality checks on all copy and creative content.
• Recommend the most effective platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) for conveying client messages, considering outreach, frequency, and budget.
Job Requirements:
• Bring a minimum of 4 years of copywriting experience.
• Showcase a strong portfolio with standout work.
• Agency experience is a must, with prior experience working on B2B as well as B2C brands.
• Demonstrate content creation abilities in English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
• Exhibit attention to detail and adept multitasking across multiple projects.
• Proficiently use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
