We are seeking a skilled Finance Account Assistant to join our team at Impulse Advertising in Thane. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tally ERP 9/Prime Proficiency: Utilize Tally ERP 9/Prime for accurate and efficient financial data management.

2. M.S. Office Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and Word for effective documentation and reporting.

3. GST Reconciliation: Conduct GST reconciliation processes to ensure compliance with taxation regulations.

4. Financial Data Handling: Be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and data.

5. Accounts Bookkeeping: Ensure all books of Accounts are maintained accurately and timely as per the Accepted Accounting Procedures.

Candidate Requirement:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounts roles

2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

3. Skilled in using Tally for accurate financial reporting and data management.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

5. Strong time management skills.
