Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions including compliance, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, and more.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in HR compliance, ensuring that the organization adheres to labor laws and employment regulations (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits packages, ensuring fair and competitive pay structures (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) for managing employee data and streamlining HR processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong skills in recruitment, capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • Expertise in employee relations, maintaining a positive workplace environment and addressing employee concerns effectively.
  • Proficient in performance management, including setting objectives, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Competent in designing and executing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, adept at resolving workplace disputes in a fair and timely manner.
